We provide technical support and servicing of thermal and continuous ink jet printers, data encoders, weighing, laboratory and product inspection equipment.

 

Our team of skilled technicians are trained by our suppliers in the United States and Europe to service equipment across a wide range of sectors, throughout the Caribbean.

 

Our wide product range requires our technicians to have a great breadth of knowledge and experience. As a result, we have skilled, versatile technicians who are used to repairing, servicing and calibrating a range of machines of varying complexity. In addition, we ensure that our weights are regularly calibrated and certified to ensure traceability.

 

TLC employs additional technical resources to support business demands, and when necessary, we recruit additional members to the technical team. This enables us to respond to customer servicing calls promptly, with most issues being resolved quickly to avoid downtime.
